On Thursday the 24th of May the West Wyalong community came together to celebrate and showcase their musical talent.
This year the theme for the extravaganza was pop rock themed music. West Wyalong High School Music teacher, Paul McNeill, was again overwhelmed with the support from the community of schools and the wider community. The record audience was entertained by 38 amazing performances.
The West Wyalong High School Hospitality class provided food and drinks for intermission, which was also greatly received by the audience. Just prior to the intermission, all performers joined together to perform "You're the Voice" by John Farnham.
The students who performed throughout the night were treated like popstars as people admired their courage in performing to such a large audience. Well done to Mr McNeill, Miss McInnes and their band of helpers for organising such an entertaining night.
