A year at our school

Our school had fun with lunchtime activities for GEM (Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness) Week including colourful chalk drawing, music, creative arts and crafts, and so much more! Thanks to everyone who joined in and made GEM Week a success, especially to Bland Shire Council for providing a BBQ to help finish our week on a high.

After two terms of dedicated practice, our Auslan group had the incredible opportunity to sign alongside a singing choir at the Proms at Sydney Town Hall.
Stage 3 Aerobics team crowned National Champions

West Wyalong High School's Stage 3 Aerobics team were crowned National Champions with an outstanding score of 86.55!

Well done to our Stage 1 team as well, who achieved an impressive 6th place with a score of 71.95.

We’re so proud of all our students for their hard work and dedication!

  • 3rd in Zone 3 Restocker Value
  • 1st in Zone 3 Wool Value
  • 2nd in Zone 3 Combined Value
  • 1st in Combined Overall Wool
  • 2nd in Grand Champion Combined Value across all Zones
